昨日、はらこを手に入れました。
私の自信のある数少ない自慢料理のひとつです。



まだ、時期が早いので、ちょっと元気がないですが・・・作ってみました。

「イクラのしょうゆ漬け」

出来栄えは・・・・まだ、張りがちょっと足りないかな・・・？小粒なので仕方ないですね



で盛り付けて


家族は十分おいしいと言ってくれました。
家で作ると、どんぶり大盛りでも、３人前で２０００円弱で作れますから、プチ北海道気分です。

またまた、
にゃん子が現れ、これはもう、玄関ドアの真横の茂みに意味ありげにずっといます。

ちょっとフラッシュ焚いてしまったので、写りががよくありません

実は、わたくし、競泳ファンでございます。
ＴＶで放映されないかわいそうな競技・・・・ダイジェストが２２日の明け方やるだけのようです。
北島康介も出場するのにな・・・・

今日の成績

女子１００ｍ　背泳ぎ　寺川綾選手が２位で、堂々銀メダルです。

酒井志穂選手は残念ながら、７位

男子１００ｍ背泳ぎ　古賀淳也選手が２位で、同じく銀メダル

入江陵介選手は４位でした。

男子２００ｍバタフライで、またまた、松田丈志選手が３位の銅メダル

以下日本選手の結果です

女子５０ｍバタフライの加藤ゆか選手は４位

男子５０ｍバタフライの岸田真幸選手が６位

女子２００ｍ自由形　上田春香選手　５位

男子２００ｍ自由形　小堀勇気選手　７位
